Being a long-term client of Lizzy’s I have been fortunate to receive treatment from a range of methods to include acupuncture, osteopathy and craniosacral therapy. Each session was unique, deeply healing and extraordinarily nourishing for my body and soul. The pain I was experiencing gradually decreased until it disappeared completely, which I attribute to the fact that Lizzy as a therapist works at the deepest level to uproot the true source of pain and disruption in the body. She is an incredibly sensitive, compassionate, experienced and trustworthy therapist. Her healing work helped me to unlock the unconscious and habitual habits of the past that I was attempting to deal with these issues with that were not serving me. It has been an amazingly liberating journey; I honour her assiduous holistic approach and her highest level of expertise and wisdom.

 Lizzy is an amazing therapist. She intuitively knows what each client needs and she delivers the best possible treatment. The results are hugely beneficial.
